Midwest Credit Union offers the following types of loans for its members. Simply fill out the Credit Union Loan Application to begin the process.

Application Instructions

Please provide us with all the information listed on the Loan Application under the "applicant" area.  If applicable, we will need your spouse to fill in everything on the right-hand side under "spouse" area.  Please fill out the front and back of the application completely. 

Additional Info Needed

• Current Pay Stub Copy (yourself and spouse)

Home Equity Requirements

• Tax Bill (current tax year)
• Mortgage Statement Balance (first and/or second)
• Homeowners Insurance Proof

Proof of additional income (alimony, child support, etc) is required.
